Our proctors are EU-based employees, not contractors, available on demand around the clock in 20+ languages, so an exam scheduled at short notice or outside normal business hours still gets a live proctor rather than a gap in coverage. Most exam providers who don't already run their own proctoring team start here, since it removes recruiting and scheduling from their side of the exam entirely.

Both models watch the exam live and give participants a human to talk to during it — that's what separates human proctoring from the AI-only option, regardless of which staffing model you pick.
